TORPEDO BITS, S.L. is part of the group of MA-NO Web Design and Development, S.L., which provides Recipetor with development, technical maintenance and support services.

2. Purpose

Recipetor is booking management software for restaurants. This legal notice governs access to and use of the Site. Subscribing to the service is also governed by the Terms and conditions of service, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

3. Use of the Site

Users undertake to use the Site in accordance with the law, this legal notice and good faith. In particular, the following are prohibited:

  • introducing viruses or code that may damage the systems of the Site or of third parties;
  • attempting to access restricted areas, other users' accounts or systems without authorisation;
  • systematically extracting content or data from the Site (scraping) without authorisation;
  • using the Site or the booking pages to send false information or fraudulent bookings.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the Site (texts, design, logos, software, code and the Recipetor trade mark) belong to TORPEDO BITS, S.L. or to its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or altered without written authorisation. The names, trade marks and images of the restaurants shown on their booking pages belong to their respective owners.

5. Liability

TORPEDO BITS, S.L. works to keep the Site running properly and its information accurate, but does not guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or errors. The information of each restaurant (opening times, menus, availability, conditions) is published by the restaurant itself, which is responsible for it. Recipetor is not a party to the relationship between a restaurant and its guests.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. TORPEDO BITS, S.L. does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their policies.

7. Changes

TORPEDO BITS, S.L. may amend this legal notice and the contents of the Site at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca (Spain), unless a mandatory rule establishes a different jurisdiction.
